I travel all over the West Midlands and beyond for my work. I take pictures when out running, cycling, walking. I see so much I'd like to keep a record.

We've travelled all over in our VW campervan - I'm not a photographer, but I hope I can capture just a little of what I see. During the week we took out Saxon for a walk from the Rosedene Rescue centre - Saxon is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier & English Bull Terrier Cross, he is so quiet and gentle, he walks lovely on the lead and doesn’t pull which is good given the muddy paths. He just needs a loving new home! He is just one of thousands of dogs languishing in Rescue Centres all over the UK.

A few weeks ago I posted about the Roasedene dog rescue centre and posted two pictures of the dogs we walked , Jake and Ozzy. These two delightful dogs had been awating rehoming for a long time, they didn’t know why they hadn’t been rehomed when dogs that came in after them had. 

Happily last week both these were re homed on the same day and are now happily settling in with people that will love and care for them. 

My daughter suggested my blogging about them might have helped, but I don’t think I have that wide and audience. Either way it’s a great outcome.

But of course for every dog they rehome to a loving owner four more take their place, it’s never ending , if you want a dog , please rehome rather than buying puppies.
